Capt. Woody’s Favorite Oyster Stew
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
2 pts of half and half or whipping cream
1 quart milk
2 pints of oysters
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Melt butter and sauté celery and onions. Add oysters and sauté until edges curl. Add other ingredients and heat until ready to serve.
